Hatha Yoga is the tradition & foundation in Yoga. This 30 minutes program consists of a sequence of basic stretching designed to move all parts of the body with a rhythm breathing. The postures incorporate three basic types of movement: forward bends, backward bends, and twists and include standing and sitting. The simple movement could refresh your mind;  relief the body stiffness and let you feel relaxed immediately. We welcome you all!!! Please come and join us to move your body.

Learn some simple, quick & effective exercises for speedy relaxation. Join us for a 30 min yoga session on ‘Sukshma Yoga’. The session will consists of some fun-filled, light yogic asanas with some breathing techniques & mindfulness.
